4 Issues With Assassin’s Creed Syndicate

4 Issues With Assassin’s Creed Syndicate
With a new Assassin’s Creed game being released every year it’s starting to feel like the same exact game just in a different setting. There are several issues with Assassin’s Creed Syndicate and there is not much to differentiate it from other games in the Assassin’s Creed series.

  1. Simple Combat System
  2. The game has a simplified combat system. You get a choice of three different weapons that are all pretty similar. What ends up happening is that every fight ends up feeling exactly the same. They could have added more variety in the combat so it is less predictable and tedious.

  3. Forgettable Missions
  4. Assassin’s Creed Syndicate could have really made some unique changes with the missions. The new mission types didn’t really add that much to make the whole experience feel different enough from other Assassin’s Creed games. Most of the missions follow the same formula of the other games.

  5. Same Game New Name
  6. This is probably the biggest issue with Assassin’s Creed Syndicate. It’s a new title but it really doesn’t do that much to differentiate itself from the other Assassin’s Creed games. Sure it has a few new mechanics like the grappling hook and drivable carriage but the majority of the game just feels like a rerelease of last year’s game in a new setting. They should have added a lot more new mechanics and changed up some of the tedious mechanics with the series.

  7. Modern Day Scenes
  8. In Assassin’s Creed Syndicate there is also a modern day storyline where you get to view scenes from a drone view. Every time this happens it just seems out of place and unnecessary for the game. It’s an unnecessary breakaway from the game that just isn’t really needed.
